Asiarooms is great... they always have good deals, but you need to make your booking weeks or even months in advance if you want to get a room! You chose your hotel, you make your reservation, enter your credit card number etc... and 2 days later you receive an email telling you the hotel you selected is fully booked! Couldn't they say so when I made the reservation ? Last time I used their service it took me two weeks to book a room. good service.. but needs improvement

Thanks for sharing your experience. That's good information. Probably it would be better if they took your reservation as a booking request first and got back to you telling you if the room is available or not before taking your credit card information. What they are doing though is actually something known in sales as "bait and switch". I had heard Asia Web Direct immediately confirms the room first before taking your credit card details, but I have not tried them yet myself.

I agree with you,I had to change my Flight and Plan because I didn't have accommodation,I don't have time to wait for "fully book"!!
